Tuesday 20 Jan 2009 - A Dinner and Keynote Speaker Event

How to Recruit and be Recruited in China

You are invited to join us on Tuesday 20 January 2009 at the A-Che restaurant from 7:00pm for a delicious 4 Course Dinner and a workshop on "How to Recruit and be Recruited in China". Facebook? Xing? LinkedIn? Jobsites? There seem to be endless online options for both Recruiters and Candidates; so why is it that most major industry leaders concur that one of the biggest China challenges that they face is recruitment? Apparently to find staff is easy to find suitable staff is far harder.

The FC Club has invited recruitment experts, Mr. Barak PazTal and Ms. Evelyn Fang to lead a 60 minute workshop on China Recruiting challenges, but more importantly, solutions. Recruiters learn how to effectively use job sites, viral marketing techniques, Matching solutions and email marketing campaigns. Candidates learn how to ensure that their CVs are getting to the right people and not just being deleted or marked as spam.

The cost: 200RMB
includes the 4-course meal and one complimentary glass of wine or soft dink. A Cash bar is available for additional drinks with a special FC Club / A-Che promotion of 25RMB for Mojitos. Advance registration is essential since space is limited.
