Responsibilities:
Accounting
- Assist in the set-up of a trading companies
- Set-up finance and accounting for new trading company
- Ensure integrity of the accounting records by implementing proper internal control
procedures
Reporting
- Ensure financial statements & accounting treatments are in conformity with China
accounting, fiscal, Foreign Exchange & other requirements as well as Helm
management rules
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial reports
- Prepare report on costs & expenses
- Prepare management reports, financial analysis regarding activities of the company
Treasury:
- Handle treasury activities
Credit Control:
- Set-up and maintain an efficient credit control system & follow up outstanding
receivables to ensure no adverse exposure
External:
- Liaise and handle various matters with external parties such as bankers,
government authorities, auditors, credit agencies etc.

Requirements:
Education
Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
Experience
Minimum 5 years practical experience in supervision of accounting in foreign
industrial, trading companies or foreign auditing firm in China
Experience in foreign enterprise
