Job Responsibilities • Work with Product Development team to develop seasonal product line framework and involve in entire scope of merchandising related tasks from product development through line finalization i.e. recommended fabrication, line assortment, color assortments, product mix, and changes in competitive direction. • Conduct sales analysis, market competition analysis and liaise with distributors to understand the market trend and competition dynamics of each player in China underwear market and develop a sounded merchandising (product) strategy for each season. • Work closely with sales team to develop sales materials (catalogue), a salesmen sample line and sales training materials.
