Position: Call center servicing representative, to support product related customer service and some technique resolution.
Languages: Japanese, Korean or Thai Qualifications: US BA/BS degree (or equivalent) or two (2) years' customer service experience; fluency, accent neutrality, and cultural awareness and sensitivity in the supported language equal to that of native speakers of such language from the theater supported; excellent oral and written English communication skills (for Agents not providing English language support); good problem solving skills; ability to type forty-five (45) words per minute and to talk while typing; strong customer service skills and etiquette; and technical proficiency (i.e., familiarity with common business software, contact center systems, and Internet navigation).
