Purpose:
In order to improve and implement China go-to-market strategy, this role is set up to formulate entire channel strategy and business model, facilitate implementation by SBUs, monitor and assess performance of the channel strategy. Accountabilities:

Job Title: Facility Manager(cover facility, EHS, and equipment maintenance)
Location: Shanghai PuXi
Responsibility:
Be responsible for the management and maintenance of all site buildings/infrastructures/facility equipment within the plant (air-conditioner system, electrical and electric, water system, fire protection system, power supply system…etc.),
Plan and executive facility project implementation for new plant,
In charge of all environment, health, safety and security issues at the site and complying with local government office and company’s regulations as well as policies and procedures,
Develops effective preventative maintenance programs for all plant facility equipment while balancing costs and risk of failure,
Responsible for selecting, hiring, training and retaining all plant personnel related to facility management to build up the team,
Direct and lead facility technician and electrician to develop their competencies, provide timely and accurate feedback and support as needed.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree with major in electrical/civil/mechanical/HVAC/EHS…etc.,
10+ years experience in facility role in manufacturing environment (above 200 people) with at least three years in management role,

Quality Engineer - Auditing Engineer
(must have maintenance license approval getting experience with CAAC)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Properly executing the duties assigned.
-  Ensure that all contractual requirements on airworthiness matters are complied with.
- Ensure that all statutory and Company’s regulations and standards relating to the maintenance, alteration and inspection of engines and components are complied with and adhered to, and that any such work undertaken by the company meet the standards required by the OEM, Regulatory and Customer.
- Limit work carried out on parts, components or accessories only to those in the Capability list and the company’s operation specification.
-  Implement policies and procedures in relation to the various maintenance requirements of all    engine or modules through the facility.
- Ensure all completed work carried out by the company is airworthy.
-  Ensure all aspects of the work have been completed in accordance with approved technical     data, Engine Center procedures and Practices.
-  Ensure all defects are rectified or have deferred in accordance with company’s procedures.
- Ensure all work have been carried out and signed for by the correct persons accepted by the company.
- Auditing of completed engine or module work packages.
- Participate investigation of all non-conformances, customer escapes and quality related complaints. Recommend, follow-up and assurance of corrective and preventive actions.
-  Support Production and Engineering with clear interpretation and advice on regulatory matters.
- Actively participate and contribute to quality, customer satisfaction, and cost and productivity improvement initiatives.
-  Perform audit on all relevant operation departments per company’s procedure.
- Supervise and verify that all production is performed within the capability list and the company’s operation specification.
- Supervise and verify that all work were carried out and signed by approved staff per company’s procedure.
- Perform internal audit on all relevant operation departments per company’s procedure and provide the complete audit report, verify any findings should be rectified within the specified time limit.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-  Associates/Bachelor/Graduate Degree.
-  Major in aero-engine maintenance, mechanical, aeronautical, engineering.
-  Have been working in Civil Aviation Industry at least 3 years.
-  With relevant quality auditing experience.
-  Minimum six months OJT on relevant duties.
- Familiar with CCAR145 requirements and other civil aviation regulations’ requirements (e.g.   FAR145).
- Familiar and understand of the company’s MMM and Operation Procedure.
- Understand of all approved data (including of OEM data and the company’s internal data).
- Understand of the aviation Human Factors concept and field.
- Understand of relevant National and Industrial Standards requirements.
- With handle of relevant audit techniques and skills.

- Understand of Jet-engine (engine/module/component).

Responsibilities:
 Get clear about group and each BU short-term and long-term strategy, ensure all finance team members understand it,
 Make finance strategy for group and for each SBU according to group/SBU business strategy, develop history, trend, and future business plan of each SBU, and in charge of their implementation,
 Be fully responsible for all finance, accounting, cost controlling, internal and external audit, tax, finance analysis, and reporting management of 5 BUs(5000staff+), 6 plants (including two overseas plants) and 4 marketing centers by leading a finance team of more than 100 staff and using SAP system (especially FI/CO, and SD model process review),
