| COMPANY INTRODUCTION | Based in Shanghai, Shanghai JW Grace Consulting is a young and innovative HR Services provider who offers enterprises and individuals professional and responsible HR solutions throughout China. | | PURPOSE OF THE POSITION | To work closely together with the clients and researcher. Work out searching strategy base on each recruiting tasks. Search the candidates. Arrange and prepare the interviews. Perform timely and high qualified executive search service to JW Grace Consulting clients. | | RESPONSIBILITY | · Perform research in the talent market and identify candidates for assignments· Work together with researcher to search the candidate through the data base, websites or any other tools, or making cold calls· Screen the candidates on qualifications and a possible fit to the job profile · Contact clients actively to ensure new job orders, assure client satisfaction and future assignments · Contact and liaise with interested candidates and arrange interviews, Conduct interviews with possible candidates· Prepare documentations and reports for the clients · Update recruiting process.· Handle recruitment assignments independently, or be able to grow into this· Keep good relationships with the clients· Build up JW Grace’s data base | | QUALIFICATION | · Excellent communication skills, enjoys meeting people, work in a team · A minimum of 1-2 years experience in recruitment industry · Good English and Chinese language skills, other language skills will be a plus· Hardworking and be able to work under pressure · Result-oriented and able to work with deadlines· Open minded and result oriented· Good understanding of Game Industry will be a plus | | Essential Competencies | · Attention to detail.· Analytical ability. · Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.· Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work and multi-task.· Self starter, able to work effectively with limited supervision.· Accountability |
